All applications provided by Calyx adhere to the ‘one-stop-shop’ principle, whereby Calyx provide comprehensive implementation, training and ongoing support services.

All consultancy staff are fully accredited for the application(s) that they work with. We believe in providing the best level of service possible at both the implementation and support stages of a project. This means that our qualified staff are provided with comprehensive product training to compliment their existing professional qualifications.

Applications Consulting & System Reviews

Calyx provide specialist application consultancy services for the Microsoft Business Solutions and Agresso products. Many of our consultants have previously worked in industry, where they have been involved with the implementation of world-class business applications. Our staffs training programs are designed to build on this experience by providing comprehensive product training, presentation skills training and instruction in the use of Calyx’s project implementation methodology.

Although our consultants are trained in the practical use of specific applications, many of our more senior consultants have inevitably been trained in, and have implemented a variety of applications covering the manufacturing, logistics and financial application areas. These consultants are therefore equipped to carry out an independent analysis / investigation of an organisation’s systems, and to recommend appropriate solutions. More and more organisations have requested Calyx to provide ‘independent’ reviews of their current applications / strategy, because the Calyx consultants have the practical experience that can make the difference.
