Calyx was delighted to support the CROSS Cancer Rugby Ball which took place in The Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin on September 1st. The ball was in aid of cancer research of the oesophagus and stomach at St. James' Hospital.

Calyx Plc hosted a fabulous black-tie 'Calyx Charity Concert' for their customers, staff, suppliers and business partners in the National Concert Hall on Tuesday and raised €100,000 through contributions from Calyx and co-sponsors Commercial Wireless in the process for a Cerebral Function Monitor for The Coombe Hospital. Calyx, Ireland's largest Voice and Data company have just signed a significant sponsorship deal worth an estimated €40,000 with Ireland's most competitive 32 foot IRC boat afloat, “Voodoo Chile”. The boat is a one off design and was built and launched in Ireland in 2003. It has enjoyed a huge success rate in the competitive circuit and is currently the Irish Class O Champion.
Calyx, The Voice and Data People, will host a black-tie 'Calyx Charity Concert' featuring Ireland's internationally renowned coral group Anúna, in the National Concert Hall, on Wednesday 3rd November 2004 in aid of Concern and Enable Ireland. This will be Anúna's first Dublin performance this year on their world tour.
