Calyx rebrands divisions ahead of major expansion drive

31 March 2008 – Calyx Group, the leading independent end-to-end provider of Information & Communications Technology (ICT) in Ireland and the UK, announces it is bringing its nine divisions, currently operating as individual units, under the one, commonly recognised Calyx brand.

Calyx Continue Managed Service Momentum with ServiceTec Acquisition

8th November 2007, Hook, UK – Calyx Technologies Ltd ('Calyx'), a leading ICT solutions and services company, today announced that it has acquired the entire share capital of ServiceTec Ltd, the UK operating company of the SGS Group. The acquisition forms part of Calyx's continued growth strategy in managed IT services across Europe and is its first acquisition following its MBO in July of this year.
