All courses are presented by members of our professional services team who, on a daily basis, are involved with implementations of the system at customer sites, the provision of product, technical or project consultancy, as well as providing practical solutions to users on the Calyx HelpDesk.
All courses are held at our modern, up-to-date training facilities around Ireland and the UK. There is a state-of-the-art workstation per delegate and the NetSupport master/slave system permits the tutor to broadcast to each workstation simultaneously or individually. Full accreditation is provided on completion of the relevant courses.
