All courses are presented by members of our professional services team who, on a daily basis, are involved with implementations of the system at customer sites, the provision of product, technical or project consultancy, as well as providing practical solutions to users on the Calyx HelpDesk.
We run courses at our modern, up-to-date training facilities throughout Ireland & the UK. There is a separate workstation per delegate and the NetSupport master/slave system permits the tutor to broadcast to each workstation simultaneously or individually, thus enriching the overall training experience.
Full accreditation is provided on completion of the relevant courses.
