With Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS), the local exchange recognises a customer's originating number and directs the call onto another carrier's PSTN network. You continue to use your existing exchange lines while we provide you with competitive rates on a single hierarchal billing solution, across all voice lines and numbers.
Least Cost Routing (LCR) lets you use your existing exchange lines to access another carrier's PSTN network and their subsequent pricing structure. LCR requires outgoing calls to be prefixed with a numerical access code.
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) 30 or Primary Rate (PRI) ISDN is a 2Mbps circuit separated into thirty useable 64kbps channels, suited for businesses with high call volumes. Calls can be either voice or data and the chosen carrier provides the link directly from their exchange equipment to the customer premises where the customer can attach their telephony equipment.
Digital Private Network Signalling System (DPNSS) is a direct connection between company sites. Those customers that rely heavily on inter-site telephony will benefit from a resilient, high quality, secure connection which is suitable for regular or lengthy periods of contact.
